Gerda Ranz (* 29. November 1944 in Arlesried as Gerda Klopfer ) is a former German Central and long-distance runner .

At the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1971 , she started in the 1500 m race , but was eliminated in the preliminary run. She also started in the 1500 m race at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich , but this time too, the run-up ended.

At the World Cross Country Championships in 1973 in Waregem , she came in 34th place.

In 1968 and 1969 she was German champion over 1500 m .

Gerda Ranz started for TV Erkheim and LAC Quelle Fürth .
