Gerhard Bühler (judge)

Gerhard Bühler (born April 14, 1925 - † July 3, 2015 ) was a German physicist and federal judge .

Life

Bühler completed his studies in physics with a diploma. From February 1, 1984 to April 30, 1987 he was Vice President of the German Federal Patent Court and Chairman of the 18th Senate, Technical Appeals Senate XIII. On April 30, 1987 he retired after 25 years at the German Patent Office and as a judge at the Federal Patent Court. On this occasion he was awarded the Great Cross of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
