Gerhard Schünemann

Gerhard Schünemann (born September 30, 1944 ; died November 9, 2015 ) was a German business economist and university lecturer .

Life

At the Friedrich Schiller University Jena , he dealt with cybernetics , statistics and measurement theory in business administration . He completed study visits to Mannheim , Tübingen and Münster . Gerhard Schünemann received his doctorate as Dr. sc. oec. in the field of statistics and qualified as a professor in business administration. Since 1995 he has held the chair for business administration, in particular accounting and controlling, in the mechanical engineering department of the Stralsund University of Applied Sciences . The focus of his lectures and seminars were on the topics of strategic controlling of production, investment and financial programming; Ensuring sustainable corporate development through environmentally-oriented controlling; Application of chaos-theoretical knowledge to business model systems.

Gerhard Schünemann also worked for a time as head of finance and controlling in a medium-sized textile company and as an employee in the "Technical Directorate Preliminary Research" at the Carl Zeiss Research Center.
