Gert Reinholm
Gert Reinholm (born December 20, 1923 in Chemnitz , † December 13, 2005 in Berlin ) was a German dancer , teacher and ballet director .
Together with Tatjana Gsovsky , Reinholm left a lasting mark on the ballet of the Berlin post-war years . He started his career in East Berlin as a ballet tve at the State Opera "Unter den Linden" and developed the well-known Gsovsky choreographies with his partners Gisela Deege and Natascha Trofimowa . He played at the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires from 1951, but returned in 1953 to the Städtische Oper in Charlottenburg . In 1955 he founded the Berlin Ballet with Tatjana Gsovsky and became a solo dancer at the Deutsche Oper Berlin . From 1972 to 1990 Reinholm was the ballet director there.
Reinholm was buried in the forest cemetery Zehlendorf in Berlin-Nikolassee .
