Gertraud Scheiblberger

Gertraud Scheibl Berger (* 20th December 1966 in Kirchdorf an der Krems as Gertraud Mörtenhuber ) is an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP). She has been a member of the Upper Austrian State Parliament since January 30, 2020 .

Life

education and profession

After attending primary and secondary school in Sattledt, Gertraud Scheiblberger attended the women's technical school of the Cross Sisters in Bad Ischl from 1981 and from 1984 to 1987 the nursing school of the Cross Sisters in Wels .

In 1987/88 she worked as a qualified nurse at the Wels hospital, in 1989 as an ordination assistant for a general practitioner in Waldkirchen am Wesen and from October 1989 to August 2008 as a qualified nurse at the district hospital in Wegscheid in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau . From August 2008 to May 2018 she was the ÖVP district manager in the Rohrbach district . Since June 2018 she has been working as a qualified nurse in the district nursing home in Haslach . In October 2019, she started the FH course in management in the health and social sector at the FH Carinthia / Elderly Care School in Upper Austria.

In 1992 she had a son and in 1995 a daughter.

politics

Scheiblberger was ÖAAB headwoman in Hofkirchen im Mühlkreis from 2002 to 2012 , and from 2002 to 2010 she acted as deputy financial officer of the ÖAAB in the Rohrbach district . From 2003 to 2015 she was a member of the municipal council in Hofkirchen im Mühlkreis, where she acted as chairwoman of the committee for youth, family, senior citizens, health and social affairs. In 2015 she became a substitute councilor in Rohrbach-Berg . She has been the ÖAAB district chairwoman in the Rohrbach district since 2016.

On January 30, 2020 she was in the XXVIII. Legislative term as Member of the Upper Austrian provincial parliament sworn in , where they for Viktor Sigl nachrückte. In the state parliament she became a member of the social committee and the committee for women's affairs. In August 2020, she succeeded Elisabeth Manhal as chairwoman of the single parent association based in Linz .
