The Gesellschaft-Erbstollen , also known as the Society-Erbstollen , is a former Erbstollen in Heven . The tunnel was built on the basis of a contract that the Urbanus , Wilde Mann, Billigkeit and Helena collieries concluded on May 29, 1793 for the construction of a joint tunnel.

history

In 1794 the tunnel mouth hole was added to the Ölbach, today's Hevener Bach. Following this, the tunnel eastbound was ascended . In 1799, after 360 meters of excavation, crosscuts to the south and north were driven to clear the individual pit fields . The cross passage to the south cut through five seams one after the other of the legitimate Uranus, Wilde Mann, Helena and Billigkeit. In 1800 the tunnel was driven further. In 1805 the crosscut to the north reached the Sanssouci seam. In the period from September 17, 1805 to April 1810, the cross passage was driven further north by the Urbanus colliery. From May 1810, the tunnel was opened further.

In 1813 the crosscut to the north reached the Langebank seam of the Urbanus colliery . The length from the tunnel mouth hole was 842 laughers . On September 23, 1819, the right to inheritance was granted . From March 1829 the tunnel was driven further in the direction of the Helena colliery, on June 30th of the same year the tunneling was stopped. In the year 1831 the authorized persons consolidated to Zeche Heinrich, but the Erbstollen remained separate. Following this, the hereditary tunnel was laid in time limits . In 1838 the tunnel became meaningless for the Urbanus colliery, the reason for this being the sinking of a civil engineering shaft . In 1842 the Erbstollen was mentioned for the last time in the documents of the mining authority .
