The beginnings

In 1789 the mine was combined with the Victor-Friedrich-Erbstolln. The reason for the association was the ownership structure, both tunnels were owned by the same union . In 1805, all coal reserves in the Urbanus Erbstollen were mined, so operations in the Urbanus Erbstollen were discontinued.
