Life and works

1698–1708 he worked in Bohemia for the Dietrichstein noble house . He was involved in buildings in Mikulov , Libochovice and the church in Polná . After a few years in Prague , during which no work is documented, he lived in Osek from 1713 to 1718 . In the monastery there , the stucco furnishings of the church along with altar figures and two monumental graves as well as the furnishings of the refectory and the St. Catherine's Chapel in the monastery come from him.

In May 1718 he moved to Ludwigsburg , where his brother-in-law Donato Giuseppe Frisoni was already working as an architect. Here he was mainly occupied with stucco marble (Scagliola), for example in the marble saletta and the marble cabinet of the Ludwigsburg residence . Under the direction of Frisoni, he was also involved in furnishing the St. Martin and Oswald Basilica in Weingarten .

1733–42 he lived in Laffio in Italy, where he also died.
