The Giffou is a river in France that runs in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region . It rises west of Villefranche-de-Panat on the municipal boundary with Lestrade-et-Thuels , drains around half of its course to the southwest to west, then swings to west to northwest and flows after 46 kilometers at the town of Castelpers in the municipality of Saint-Just -sur-Viaur as a left tributary into the Céor .
