Ginger Snaps II: Unleashed is a Canadian horror film from the year 2004 . It was directed by Brett Sullivan. The film is the second part of a trilogy. It was created as a continuation of Ginger Snaps . The last part Ginger Snaps III - The Beginning is a prequel of parts 1 and 2.

Brigitte's sister Ginger is dead and Brigitte herself is infected with lycanthropy . Only the regular injection of an extract of the wolf hat plant prevents its transformation into a raging beast. Ginger appears to Brigitte in a vision and tells her that the injections only stop her transformation, but cannot heal it. Brigitte then puts a shot with a deadly dose of monkshood. At that moment she realizes that she is being chased by a male werewolf and tries to escape, but collapses in toxic shock. When she wakes up again, she is in a closed institution where she is put on rehab. Brigitte gradually changes, which is only noticed by Ghost, a young girl with a flowering imagination and a penchant for horror comics. Tyler, a nurse at the clinic, is now in possession of Brigitte's monkshood extract, but only wants to give it to her in exchange for sexual favors, which Brigitte refuses. The other male werewolf is still after Brigitte because he wants to mate with her, and has followed her to the clinic and chases after her. To escape from it, all you have left is to flee. She escapes from the asylum with Ghost, but Brigitte soon needs some of the extract again and they decide to ask Tyler for help. This comes to the rescue, but this time Brigitte reacts differently to the extract. Your body is repelling it, the transformation is already too far advanced. With Ghost's help, Brigitte can finally kill the werewolf who was chasing her, but her own transformation is almost complete by this point. In the end, Ghost locks Brigitte in the basement to turn her into her personal werewolf and gradually hunt down all her enemies.
