Ginnie Crawford

Ginnie Crawford (actually Virginia Crawford, nee Powell; ) (born September 7, 1983 ) is an American hurdler who specializes in the 100 meter distance .

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005 , she reached the semi-finals. The following year she became US champion and won bronze at the World Cup in Athletics . In 2007 she defended her national title and finished fifth at the World Championships in Osaka .

In 2009 she was sixth at the World Championships in Berlin , and in 2010 fifth over 60 meter hurdles at the World Indoor Championships in Doha .

Ginnie Crawford is 1.75 m tall and weighs 71 kg. She is trained by Bob Kersee . She graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in health care in 2006 . On April 16, 2010, she married Olympic Sprint Champion Shawn Crawford .
