Giovanni Locatelli (born February 12, 1931 in Rota d'Imagna , † February 20, 2004 in Milan ) was Bishop of Vigevano .

Life

Giovanni Locatelli was ordained a priest on May 22, 1948 . Pope Paul VI appointed him on February 22, 1977 Bishop of Rimini and San Marino-Montefeltro . The Bishop of Bergamo , Archbishop ad personam Clemente Gaddi , donated him episcopal ordination on March 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Bruno Foresti , Archbishop of Modena e Nonantola , and Gaetano Bonicelli , Auxiliary Bishop in Albano .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Vigevano on November 12, 1988. On March 18, 2000, John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
