In his career, Di Meo only played tournaments on the lower-class ITF Future Tour and ATP Challenger Tour . He was more successful in doubles than in singles. From 2006 he regularly took part in tournaments, without initially achieving any major success. In 2007 he was in an individual semi-final of a future tournament for the first time, and a year later even in the final. In doubles, he achieved his only title win at future level. In 2009 he received a wildcard for the double field of the Challenger in Rimini . He was eliminated in the first round against the eventual tournament winners Matthias Bachinger and Dieter Kindlmann . In the following year he was again in the main field of the doubles competition thanks to a wildcard. With Adrian Ungur he made it to the final and beat the top seeded pairing Martin Slanar / Lovro Zovko on the way there . In the final they won over Juan Pablo Brzezicki and Alexander Peya . Di Meo celebrated his greatest success on the Challenger Tour. In spring 2011 he made it into the top 500 of the world rankings in doubles and with 497th place his best placement. This year he succeeded in Trani again in a double final, which he lost. In the following years he only took part in tournaments occasionally. For the men 30 of the TC Raadt he played in the first tennis Bundesliga in the 2012 and 2013 seasons and was runner-up with the team. He played his last tournament in Rome in 2017 .
