Glicourt is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Petit-Caux with 268 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy .

The municipality of Glicourt merged with 17 other municipalities to form the Commune nouvelle Petit-Caux on January 1st, 2016 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Glicourt belonged to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton Dieppe-2 (until 2015: canton Envermeu ).

Glicourt is about nine kilometers east of the city center of Dieppe near the English Channel .
