The Glingebach , called Falbecke in the upper reaches , is a 6.55 km long orographically right tributary of the Lenne in Finnentrop , North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany

geography

The Glingebach rises north of Faulebutter on the southern flank of the Sellenstück at an altitude of 477  m above sea level. NN . In the upper reaches the stream is called Falbecke . It flows off in western directions. Before Glinge it is dammed in the lower basin of the Rönkhausen pumped storage plant . Below Glinge the course turns to the southwest before it reaches Rönkhausen at 219  m above sea level. NN flows into the Lenne on the right.

The Glingebach overcomes a height difference of 258 m on its 6.55 km long path, which corresponds to an average bed gradient of 39.4 ‰. It drains a 12.623 km² catchment area via the Lenne, Ruhr and Rhine to the North Sea .
