The Gmina Zbiczno is a rural municipality in the powiat Brodnicki of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the village of Zbiczno ( German until 1919 also Zbiczno , in the Second World War Wilhelmsberg for a short time ).
