Gmoa is a part of the Fischbach municipality in the Weiz district in Styria .
Gmoa is directly cultivated to the north of Fischbach at the foot of the Teufelstein , a wooded ridge with a prominent peak. The state road L114 from Fischbach up to the Schanzsattel leads through the place, which is also shown in the priority zone map of the state of Styria as a priority zone for development.
