Gonzalo Salgueiro , full name Gonzalo Danilo Salgueiro Folchi , (born August 5, 1986 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.90 meter tall goalkeeper Salgueiro has been a player in the youth team of Club Atlético Bella Vista since 1999 . In 2003 he finished second in the Torneo Clausura with the U-17 . In 2005 he was the master of the aperture with the U-20. At the beginning of his professional career he was a member of the Bella Vistas squad from 2004 to 2006. He then played for Juventud for the first time in 2006 . With the club's U-20s, he won the Torneo di Viareggio and was named the tournament's best goalkeeper. In 2007 he joined the Club Atlético Peñarol , for which he was also active the following year. A total of twelve first division appearances are made for him in the "Aurinegros". In 2008 he returned to Juventud and was used eleven times in the 2008/09 first division season. In 2009 he moved to Greece for FC Kalamata . In 2010 he continued a career at Astra Ploiesti in Romania. In early August 2010, after returning to his hometown, he joined the Boston River association. There are 21 second division appearances for him in the 2010/11 season. In August 2011, he later joined Club Sportivo Cerrito , for which he played 14 games in the Primera División in the 2011 Apertura . In mid-January 2012 he moved to the second division club Deportivo Maldonado . There he played twelve second division games. In July 2012, his career path then took him abroad again. From then on he played for Juventud Unida Universitario in Argentina . In the 2012/13 season there are 25 appearances in the Torneo Argentino A and one in the Copa Argentina . In 2015, 18 more league games were added. At the beginning of January 2016, he moved to Club Guaraní Antonio Franco . He has made five league appearances with this employer. In mid-July 2016, he joined the Uruguayan first division relegated El Tanque Sisley .
National team
Salgueiro was a member of the Uruguayan U-17 national team . In 2002 he won the Copa Joao Havelange ( 3rd Mundialito Juvenil Sub 17 ) with the U-17 . In 2004 he was a member of a shortlist of the Uruguayan U-20 national team .
