Goran Karačić (born August 18, 1996 in Mostar ) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian football goalkeeper who also has Croatian nationality .

Career

Karačić began his professional football career in February 2014 at HŠK Zrinjski Mostar , the association of the Croatian minority in his Bosnian-Herzegovinian hometown of Mostar. After being in the squad without a substitute goalkeeper until next summer, he conquered the position of goalkeeper in the 2015/16 season and finished the league as the Bosnian-Herzegovinian champions in his first season with his club .

For the 2016/17 season he was signed by the Turkish first division newcomer Adanaspor . After a position at the German second division SV Sandhausen had become vacant after the departure of Marco Knaller , Karačić moved to the Palatinate on loan for a season .

National team

Karačić began his national team career in 2009 with a commitment for the Bosnian-Herzegovinian U-17 national team and then also played for the Bosnian-Herzegovinian U-19 and U-21 national teams
