Gornji Milanovac ( Serbian Горњи Милановац ) is a city in Serbia . The city is located approx. 120 km south of the capital Belgrade . According to the 2002 census , the Gornji Milanovac municipality had 47,641 inhabitants.
Geographical location
Gornji Milanovac is located between the Rudnik Mountains in the north and the Vujan Mountain in the south. The city is also located along the European route 763 between Ljig in the north and Čačak in the south.

The vast majority of the residents of Gornji Milanovac profess the Serbian Orthodox Church . In the center of Gornji Milanovac is the Serbian Orthodox Trinity Church , built from 1860 to 1862 .
