Gottfried Fenner
Gottfried Ludwig Fenner (born December 2, 1829 in Hoof ; † April 5, 1902 in Leipzig ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Fenner attended high schools in Hanau and Marburg and studied law at the universities in Marburg and Berlin . He joined the Hessian judicial service and was most recently chief judge in Kassel . From 1867 he was a lawyer at the Higher Appeal Court, then at the Upper Tribunal in Berlin and Judicial Councilor at the Reich Court .
From 1874 to 1877 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Kassel 5 (Marburg- Frankenberg ) and the National Liberal Party .
In 1884 he was the defender of the anarchist August Reinsdorf .
