Gottfried Gustav von Möller

Gottfried Gustav von Möller (born June 23, 1803 in Greifswald as Gottfried Gustav Möller ; † February 27, 1868 in Breslau ) was a German judge and President of the Court of Appeal .

Gottfried Gustav von Möller was the son of the jurist Gustav von Möller (1770–1847) and Carolina von Vahl (1781–1858) , who was ennobled in 1814 . He studied at the Universities of Greifswald and Göttingen and was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD . In 1828 he became a trainee lawyer and in 1831 an assessor at the higher court . In 1832 he was an unskilled worker in the Prussian Ministry of Justice. In 1833 he became a higher regional judge and in 1835 a secret judge and ministerial advisor in the Ministry of Justice. In 1844 he became vice-president of the Stettiner and in 1850 president of the Köslin Higher Regional Court. From 1857 until his death he was President of the Higher Appeal Court in Breslau. In 1857 he became a member of the Silesian Society for Patriotic Culture .
