Gotthilf von Salisch

Gotthilf Arthur von Salisch (born July 2, 1876 in Kratzkau near Groß Merzdorf , district of Schweidnitz , province of Silesia , † August 26, 1962 in Bad Gandersheim ) was a German manor owner and administrative officer.

Life

Gotthilf von Salisch was the son of the manor owner and Rittmeister a. D. Arthur von Salisch and Elisabeth born. from Schlegell. After visiting the high schools Oels and Frankfurt (Oder) he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn Law . In 1897 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After completing his studies he became the owner of the Kratzkau manor and Fideikommiss owner on Jeschütz. As Kreisdeputierter he was in 1919 District Administrator of the district Schweidnitz in Silesia . In October 1931 he was given temporary retirement. Von Salisch was a lieutenant in the reserve in the Guard Cuirassier Regiment . He was married to Dorothea von Neumann-Cosel . They had two daughters and two sons. After the Second World War he lived in Bad Gandersheim .
