Glicourt is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Petit-Caux with 194 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The inhabitants are called Gouchaupréens .
The municipality of Gouchaupre merged with 17 other municipalities to form the Commune nouvelle Petit-Caux on January 1, 2016 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Gouchaupre belonged to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton Dieppe-2 (until 2015: canton Envermeu ).
Gouchaupre is about 16 kilometers east of Dieppe city center .
