description

Sketch and floor plan of the grave according to Schlie (1896)

According to Friedrich Schlie's description, the complex had a round enclosure made of eleven stones. Remnants of the mound are still preserved. The burial chamber is a north-west-south-east oriented ancient dolmen . Of the four wall stones, three are still in situ , the southeastern one has been moved, as is the capstone. The chamber has a length of 1.4 m, a width of 0.7 m and a height of 0.7 m. The capstone is 1.8 m long, 1.2 m wide and 1.0 m thick. The current stone enclosure is a modern building that does not correspond to the original plan documented by Schlie.
