The large stone grave Visbeker Groom 2 with the Sprockhoff no. 935 was created between 3500 and 2800 BC. And is a megalithic system of the funnel beaker culture (TBK). Neolithic monuments are an expression of the culture and ideology of Neolithic societies. Their origin and function are considered to be the hallmarks of social development.
The large stone grave is located immediately northwest of the Visbek groom . It is a passage grave in the mound ( tumulus ). The mound is about 17 m in diameter, but the passage grave entirely hidden within is smaller. Only two capstones can be seen protruding from the hill.
