Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) is the first airport operating company in Mexico responsible for the operation of domestic airports in the southeast of the country. In 1997 the Mexican government decided to privatize the national airport network. ASUR was founded in November 1998. ASUR was also the first group in Mexico and Latin America to be traded simultaneously on the securities markets of the USA ( NYSE ) and Mexico ( BMV ) since 2000 .
The range of services includes: maintenance and expansion of airport properties, coordination of fuel, rental hangars, shopping centers, ground support services and special services for pilots and passengers.
