The airport Oaxaca Xoxocotlán , in Spanish Aeropuerto Internacional de Oaxaca or Aeropuerto Internacional Xoxocotlán is an airport near the city of Oaxaca in the municipality of Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán in the Mexican state of Oaxaca .
The airport is operated by the Mexican airport operator ASUR and has an international status. It is regularly linked to various domestic destinations, and there are less frequent international flights. The airport currently has a terminal with an area of 3,345 square meters, which has three gates. Arrival is by shuttle buses, taxis and private cars. In 2010, 446,676 passengers were handled at the airport.
The airport also serves as the headquarters of Base Áerea No.15 of the Fuerza Aérea Mexicana (Mexican Air Force).
