The Guandi Dam ( Chinese  官地 大壩 , Pinyin Guāndì Dàbà ) is a dam project with a hydropower plant on the Yalong Jiang , the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the Sichuan Province in the southwest of the People's Republic of China .

The dam, which was built from rolled concrete (RCC), stands on the Yalong between the Jinping II dam above and the Ertan dam below. It is 30 kilometers as the crow flies and 80 kilometers by road from Xichang City . The main purpose of the dam is to generate electricity using hydropower. It is one of more than 20 hydropower projects on the Yalong.

The reservoir supplies four turbines and generators with head water. They each have a nominal output of 600 MW, so that the total output is 2400 MW. The turbines are located in an underground powerhouse on the right bank of the river. Construction began on October 20, 2010 and the last turbine was commissioned in March 2013. Eastern China is supplied directly with the current from the dam.
