Guido Vols (born September 4, 1995 in The Hague ) is a Dutch ice hockey player who has been under contract with Hijs Hokij Den Haag again since 2012 . Since 2015 he has been playing with the club in the newly founded Belgian-Dutch BeNe League .

Career

Clubs

Guido Vols began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown with Hijs Hokij Den Haag , for whom he played in the Eerste divisie , the second highest division in the Netherlands , at the age of 15 . In 2011 he moved to the Amstel Tijgers Amsterdam , for whom he also played in the Eerste divisie. Once he was used in the 2011/12 season in the honor division of their local rivals, the Amsterdam Capitals . After a season he returned to The Hague, where he has been playing for his home club again since then. Since 2015 he has been playing with the club in the newly founded Belgian-Dutch BeNe League .

International

At the World Cup of Division II in 2016 , Vols made his debut for the Dutch national team and was promoted to Division I.
