Gulschat Irschatowna Gainetdinowa ( Russian Гульшат Иршатовна Гайнетдинова , born Faslitdinowa [ Фазлитдинова ] internationally by English transcription Gulshat Gaynetdinova or Fazlitdinova28. August 1992 ) is a Russian middle and long distance runner .

Career

Gulschat Gainetdinowa have so far achieved one national and three international successes.

Gainetdinowa was able to stand in the 3000 m obstacle course of the Junior European Championships in Tallinn , Estonia, with 9: 56.98 min between the first placed German Gesa Felicitas Krause (9: 51.08 min) and the third Elena Pănăeţ from Romania (10: 17.37 min) on the silver rank. In 2013, Gainetdinova first won the Russian Championships in Moscow , when she covered the 10,000 m in 32: 01.83 minutes, before just about a month later at the U23 European Championships in Tampere, Finland, over the same distance in 32: 53.93 min was victorious again and left both the Ukrainian Wiktorija Chapilina (33: 56.85 min) and the Greek Anastasia Karakatsani (33: 57.74 min) behind.

In 2015 Gainetdinowa won the silver medal at the Summer Universiade in Gwangju , South Korea - she ran the 10,000 m distance in 32: 55.35 minutes.
