Gustav Lindh (born June 4, 1995 in Västerås ) is a Swedish actor .

Life

Gustav Lindh was already on the theater stage during his youth. From the age of 15 to 18 he was part of the Amfora production, a music theater in his hometown Västerås. At the age of 19 he began to study acting at Teaterhögskolan i Malmö , which he successfully completed in 2017 after three years. During this time he made his debut in 2015 in a small supporting role as Elias Malmgren in the by Levan Akin staged fantasy drama circle .

He gained greater fame through his portrayal of Jörgen Olsson in the crime series Jordskott - Die Rache des Waldes . He had his international breakthrough at the side of the Danish actress Trine Dyrholm with his portrayal of Gustav in the drama Queen, directed by May el-Toukhy . In this he plays the stepson of Anne, played by Dyrholm, who seduces him. He has been nominated and awarded several prizes for his portrayal. He was awarded a Bodil for Best Supporting Actor and was nominated for a Robert as Best Actor .
