The Moosalp – Jungs high trail is a high trail with difficulty T2 in the canton of Valais in Switzerland . It leads from Moosalp ( 2048  m above sea level ) via Läger ( 2108  m above sea level ) and Obri Äbi ( 2190  m above sea level ) to Junge ( 1960  m above sea level ). The high trail from Moosalp directly to Junge is 9.7 km long and was opened in 1980.

From Moosalp at 2048  m above sea level. M. it goes south almost level consistently through sparse larch forest, and later with excellent views high above the Matter by sloping meadows, then in 2050  m above sea level. M. across the Törbelbach and two irrigation channels tunnels to warehouses to 2,108  m above sea level. M. ( Läger Valais German for resting place for the cattle ). Alternatively, the hike from Törbel to 1502  m above sea level. M. or Zeneggen at 1370  m above sea level. M. , from where beautiful hiking trails lead up to the Moosalp. From Läger you can also find Schalb at 1900  m above sea level. M. and Embd at 1356  m above sea level. M. can be achieved. One cable car runs from Schalb to Embd and another from Embd down to Kalpetran.

After Läger in a southerly direction, i.e. towards the valley, the Embdbach becomes 2042  m above sea level. M. crossed and past the junction to the Augstbordpass at an altitude of 2095  m above sea level. M. Obri Äbi at 2190  m above sea level. M. achieved. At an altitude of 2185  m above sea level. M. past the junction to Obri Läger and Undri Läger, the high trail leads over Wolftole ( Tole Valais German for Mulde ) to Junge. Boys reach St. Niklaus Dorf via the Jungeweg . In Junge there is also the possibility of taking the cable car down from the Junge mountain station to St. Niklaus Dorf.

Alternatively, at the junction at 2185  m above sea level. M. the Jungtal at 2387  m above sea level. M. can be reached via Obri Läger ( 2355  m above sea level ) and Undri Läger ( 2259  m above sea level ), then you get to Junge via the Jungtalweg - Alpenblumenweg . In the Jungtal you can also take the Weisshornweg to the Topalihütte , but you should now expect the difficulty of T4 .
