geography

course

The Hülsbach rises near the tracks of the Oberwesterwaldbahn in a wooded area south of a training area, which is located northwest of Westerburg . It flows first to the west, then crosses under the track system from the south and then reaches the northwestern edge of Westerburg. There it disappears underground and soon reappears at the level of a sports field. It now passes, partly piped, the village bit to the city center and finally flows into the Schafbach near the market square .
