The Haßbach is a left tributary of the Bieber in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis in the Hessian Spessart .

The Haßbach rises at an altitude of about 360  m above sea level. NHN north of Wiesbüttsee at the foot of the Burgberg (469 m).

It flows in a northerly direction and finally flows southeast of Röhrig at an altitude of about 275  m above sea level. NHN from the left into the beaver .

Its 1.1 km long run ends 85 meters below its source, so it has an average bottom gradient of 77 ‰.

Catchment area

The catchment area of ​​the Haßbach lies in the Sandstone Spessart and is drained to the North Sea via the Bieber, Kinzig , Main and Rhine rivers.

The highest point is the 469  m high castle hill in the west of the catchment area.
