The Haardtrand nature reserve - An der Kropsburg is located in the southern Weinstrasse district in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The approximately 31.5 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1991 , extends southwest of the local community of Sankt Martin , south not far from the Kropsburg . County road 30 runs along the western edge of the area, and state road 514 runs north and east .
