The Haco Holding AG ( "HACO Group") is a Swiss food manufacturer . The independent family company was founded in Gümligen / Switzerland in 1922 and is still based there today.

The company manufactures convenience products such as condiments , spices , soups , sauces , ready meals , cereal bars and instant beverages - especially coffee - and with its customers - sales and marketing companies, retail organizations, large-scale consumers and gastronomy customers as well as companies in the food industry - is on top of everything Continents at home. End consumers find their convenience products in the stationary trade as well as in a variety of online platforms.

One of the many important customers is the Migros retailer ; well-known products for this company include a. the Ovomaltine -copy Eimalzin, the Farmer-Grain Bars and the Aromat -copy Mirador

An international team of 1,400 employees creates and produces tailor-made specialties in the field of culinary products, coffee and tea specialties and (better-for-you) snacks for brand and private label customers all over the world. The HACO Group comprises 11 companies with a total of 14 locations in Europe, Asia and North America.

Haco Holding AG includes Haco AG in Gümligen, Narida AG in Schwarzenburg, Gautschi AG in Utzenstorf, Gutschermühle GmbH in Traismauer (A), Ravensbergen in Sassenheim (NL), Merschbrock-Wiese GmbH in Rietberg (D), Haco Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur (MY), GFF Inc. in Los Angeles (USA) and Plochman Inc in Chicago (USA) and Altius (CAN). Haco has around 250 shareholders and is not listed on the stock exchange. The majority of the shareholders come from the founding families Sarasin, Bally, Ehinger and Oswald. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Markus Kähr, the CEO is Emanuel Marti.

In 2018 the HACO Innovation Lab (H! L) was founded, which has the task of identifying and validating relevant food and nutrition trends in order to make a contribution to the sustainable development of the HACO Group.
