Haluk Levent
Haluk Levent (born December 26, 1968 in Adana ) is a Turkish rock musician . Haluk Levent regards his music as Anadolu Rock ("Anatolian rock music"). It is a mix of Turkish folk music and western rock music.
youth
Haluk attended Sabancı Elementary School ( Sabancı İlk Öğretim Okulu ). After middle school, he continued his education at the Adana Ataturk High School . After that he enrolled again and again in different universities, but dropped out every time after a year. In detail these were:
- Forestry at the Technical University of Karadeniz ( Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi ) in Trabzon .
- Computer science at Ankara University .
- Physics at the Technical University of the Middle East ( Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi ).
- Business Administration at Ankara University .
- Linguistics at Bilkent University .
Haluk Levent gave an eleven hour long benefit concert for environmental protection in the 1990s .
