Hana Klapalová (today Hana Skalníková ) (born March 29, 1982 in Brno ) is a Czech beach volleyball player .

Career

In 2003 Klapalová played her first international tournament in Gstaad with her long-time partner Tereza Petrová . In 2005 the first tournament victory followed in Alba Adriatica and the following year the Czech duo won in Cyprus . There were further top ten placements in 2006 in Klagenfurt and Vitória and in 2007 in Warsaw . At the tournaments in Gstaad and Mysłowice , Klapalová / Petrová reached ninth place again in 2008. After fourth place in Seoul , participation in the Beach Volleyball World Championship 2009 in Stavanger ended in 33rd place. At the European Championship in Sochi , Klapalová / Petrová were then 13th and at the end of the year they split.

In 2010 in Rome , Klapalová competed for the first time with her new partner Lenka Háječková . The new duo immediately made it into the top ten of several tournaments. At the 2011 World Championships and the 2011 and 2012 European Championships , Klapalová / Háječková were each in the semi-finals. At the Olympic Games in London , the Czech women finished 17th.

In 2013 Klapalová played together with Patricia Missottenová . In 2015 she won the Czech championship together with Kristýna Kolocová . In 2016 she played with Šárka Nakládalová mainly at national tournaments.
