Hanna Fischer

Hanna Fischer (* 1938 in Darmsheim , Sindelfingen ) is a German midwife , speaker and author .

Life

Hanna Fischer was born as the youngest of six children. She completed her midwifery training in Tübingen . After working in the clinic for several years, from 1979 she worked freelance in childbirth preparation, as a home birth midwife and in postpartum care.

Hanna Fischer mainly dealt with the advantages of the different childbearing postures and the anatomical basics of the mechanics of birth . Their starting point was the traditional postures of indigenous peoples. She was particularly shaped by her work and personal contact with Liselotte Kuntner . After many years of experience as a midwife, Fischer led nationwide training courses for midwives and midwifery students and doctors in the form of lectures and workshops.

Hanna Fischer is married and has two sons. She lives in Calw .
