Hannes Zingerle (born January 11, 1987 in Brixen ) is a South Tyrolean politician.

biography

The from Vintl native Zingerle completed after his graduation at the commercial high school in Brunico at the Free University to study communication studies , he with a thesis on marketing and management of non-profit organizations completed. The private commitment of the trained ski instructor applies in particular to the local music bands .

Zingerle initially became politically active at the community level, where he built up the local youth organization of the Freedom Party . In 2010 he became a member of the Vintler municipal council. In the state elections in 2013 , he just missed a mandate as seventh among the Freedom Party after preferential votes . In 2014 he resigned from the party due to internal conflicts, in the municipal council elections in the following year he successfully ran for a citizens' list . When Pius Leitner submitted his resignation from all political offices in March 2017, Zingerle had the opportunity to join the South Tyrolean state parliament and, at the same time, the regional council of Trentino-South Tyrol . After a reconciliation with the party leadership of the Freedom Party , he was sworn in as a member of parliament on April 4, 2017. In the 2018 state elections , the Freedom Party suffered a significant loss of votes and Zingerle missed re-election with 1,367 preferential votes.
