Hanno Huth

Hanno Huth (born July 7, 1953 in Essen ) is a German film producer.

Life

He first studied law and later began as a volunteer at United Artists . There he made it to the position of Head of Sales for South America and in 1983 switched to Senator Film , which he headed until 2003, most recently as CEO of the listed Senator Entertainment AG. He resigned from his board position just before Senator Entertainment was forced to file for bankruptcy in early 2004.

In addition to German films, Huth also produced international films, for example with director Peter Jackson . His outstanding films include Stalingrad , Aimée & Jaguar , Comedian Harmonists and Das Wunder von Bern, as well as all the movies that have been made under the direction of Helge Schneider .

He has a daughter and a son.
