Hans-Dieter Mey

Hans-Dieter Mey (* 1945 ) is a former German local politician ( CDU ).

Hans-Dieter Mey was a social worker . After the Berlin election in 1981 , he was elected by the District Assembly (BVV) in the Neukölln district to the district councilor for social affairs. In May 1992 the district council assemblies in Berlin were re-elected, and the previous Neukölln district mayor Heinz Buschkowsky (SPD) lost his office. Mey (CDU) was then the new district mayor. Even before the October 1995 election , he announced in January that he would not be available again. His successor in office was therefore Bodo Manegold (CDU).
