Hans-Joachim Reeb

Hans-Joachim Reeb (* 1955 in Hanover ) is a German officer ( retired Lieutenant Colonel ), educator and publicist .

Life

Reeb was an officer candidate in the Bundeswehr . He studied pedagogy at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg ( diploma pedagogue ) and law for the higher teaching post at the FernUniversität Hagen . He was then used from 1979 in the air force security force and as a youth officer and company commander . In 1988 he was at the Bundeswehr University with a thesis on legal training in the armed forces to Dr. phil. PhD.

From 1989 Reeb was teaching staff officer for political education at the Center for Inner Leadership (ZInFü) in Koblenz and until 2005 lecturer for political science in the department of social sciences at the Leadership Academy of the Federal Armed Forces (FüAkBw) in Hamburg. Most recently he held the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Air Force .

He is currently a lecturer for general education and politics at the Bundeswehr University in Hamburg and scientific editor of the online magazine "Reader Sicherheitsppolitik " of the Bundeswehr Information and Media Center (IMZBw).

Reeb has published numerous pedagogical and educational essays (including in the Inner Guidance Yearbook ) and books (including with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation ). In addition, he is co-author of a lexicon of Inner Leadership , the 4th edition of which appeared in 2014.
