Hans-Michael Heise (born May 5, 1937 in Hildesheim ) was senior district director in the district of Grafschaft Hoya (1974 to 1977) and in the district of Diepholz (1977 to 2001). He lived in Syke from 1974 to 2001 and worked there from 1974 to 1977 and from 1977 to 2001 in Diepholz . Life

After graduating from high school Ulricianum in Aurich , studying law in Marburg and Göttingen and training as a trainee lawyer in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg and the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer , Hans-Michael Heise initially worked as a lawyer in Aurich. On May 5, 1967, he began his service with the President of the Lower Saxony administrative district of Oldenburg as the department head for culture and nature conservation. From August 1, 1968 to May 31, 1974, he was general representative of the district director in the district of Cloppenburg . His tasks also included participating in the management of the museum village of Cloppenburg and the Thülsfelder Talsperre association.

He is the recipient of the German Fire Brigade Medal of Honor from the German Fire Brigade Association . Heise has been a member of the Clausthaler Wingolf zu Marburg student association since 1957.
