Hans Babuder
Hans Babuder (born March 29, 1914 in Vienna ; † December 20, 2006 in Gmunden ) was an Austrian visual artist.
Hans Babuder studied first from 1929 to 1934 at the Vienna School of Applied Arts and then from 1934 to 1938 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna . After the war he lived and worked in Altmünster on Lake Traunsee in Upper Austria . In 1939 he married Elisabeth Freßl; they have four grown children.

Babuder's works can also be found in the Linz State Gallery at the Upper Austrian State Museum , in the Gmunden Chamber Court Gallery and owned by the Federal Ministry for Education, Art and Culture .

- 1949: Art Promotion Prize of the State of Upper Austria
- 1953: 1st prize in the mural competition in Kirchdorf an der Krems
- 1960: 1st prize in the mosaic and sgraffito competition for the town hall in Grein
