Hans Endres

Hans Endres (born February 26, 1911 in Stuttgart ; † June 11, 2004 in Heidelberg ) was a religious philosopher and author . He was a thought leader in the para-scientific fields of transpersonal psychology and integral management.

Life

Endres studied in Heidelberg , Vienna , Graz and London the subjects philosophy , psychology , pedagogy , anthropology and psychiatry and went into the private study community of J. Training courses with certification were offered in the following disciplines: transpersonal psychology (basic and advanced course), knowledge of human nature ( type theory and character studies ), symbol-psychological birth data analysis and numerology . Together with Andreas Mascha, he founded the Academy for Integral Management (AIM) in Gauting in 2003 . As early as the late 1980s, Hans Endres, together with Achim Kunst, Adele and Frank Fischer, developed integral themes that were transformed from "Integral Yoga" through "Management 2000" to "Integral Management" in 1992.

At the end of 1996 the InteMA association was incorporated into the "Society for Self-Motivation eV", which had existed since 1986. incorporated, for which Achim Kunst continued to take over the management. In the course of free cooperation with other trainers, the eV was converted into a self-responsible cooperation community at the end of 1999. Since then, the "Association for Integral Management" has existed without interruption.
