Hans Fischer (born February 5, 1901 in Grosswangen , † February 25, 1974 in Lucerne ; Catholic , resident in Grosswangen) was a Swiss politician ( CSP ).

biography

Hans Fischer was in Grosswangen the son of the February 5, 1901 farmer , mill and sawmill owner, Lucerne Grossrats and mayors born Johann Fischer. After visiting the college in Engelberg , Hans Fischer completed a law degree in Geneva , Munich and Bern .

Subsequently, Hans Fischer worked as a lawyer and notary in Grosswangen and Lucerne. He was a member of various boards of directors, such as his father-in-law, Centralschweizerische Kraftwerke AG , from 1939 to 1963 of Druckerei Maihof AG, publisher of the newspaper Vaterland, Schindler Holding AG , the Schweizer Rentenanstalt and from 1966 to 1971 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Federal Railways . In addition, Fischer acted as a member of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and between 1929 and 1930 as the central president of the Swiss Student Union (StV). Furthermore, Hans Fischer presided over the association of Swiss feed manufacturers.

Hans Fischer was married to Gertrud, the daughter of the transport company and founder of the oxygen and hydrogen works AG Luzern Arnold Gmür. He died on February 25, 1974, three weeks after turning 73 in Lucerne.

Political offices

Hans Fischer initially held the office of community clerk of Grosswangen from 1929 to 1934 . Subsequently he was employed as an official assistant of the Sursee office until 1940 .
