Hans Follmann

Hans Follmann (born August 4, 1863 in Angermünde ; † January 10, 1935 in Berlin ) was a German ministerial official and judge in the social justice system.

Follmann grew up in Köslin and attended the Royal High School (Köslin) . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University in Breslau . On October 4, 1883, he became active in the Corps Marcomannia . As an inactive , he moved to the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin for the summer semester of 1885 . There he also joined the Corps Vandalia Berlin . After he had passed the first state law examination in 1887, he was a trainee lawyer in Köslin, among others. In 1892 he passed the assessor examination at the higher court . From then on, he stayed in Berlin (Achenbergstrasse 4) until the end of his life. For a while he was an assessor in the public prosecutor's office. In 1899 he joined as an assistant and soon as a Government and a permanent member of the Reich Insurance Office , where he remained until retirement. Since 1899 go. Government , he became in 1915 the President of the Senate and appointed as a judge of the Military Court of supply seconded. At the time of the Weimar Republic , he was a member of the general committee of the VAC from 1920 to 1924 . Upon reaching the age limit , he entered the on September 30, 1928 retirement .
