Hans Jörg Huber

Hans Jörg Huber (born June 6, 1932 in Aarau ; † January 7, 2008 in Niederwil AG ) was a Swiss lawyer and politician ( CVP ).

biography

Hans Jörg Huber began his political career in the Zurzach community. He was a member of the Construction Committee, President of the Swiss Student Association , a member of the Great Council (from 1965), parliamentary leader, Councilor from 1976 to 1988 (Health and Military Department) Landammann the canton of Aargau (1980/81 and 1984/85) and the Council of States with Focus on health policy from 1987 to 1995. He was a member of the Central Committee of the Swiss Red Cross , President of the Swiss Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research, member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe , President of Winter Aid Aargau and the Swiss Atomic Energy Association .

Huber was a brigadier and commanded the Aargau Border Brigade 5 .
